Data we collect
Your email address and password (hashed) when you create an account. Your Bible reading progress, session notes, sermon outlines, and reading plans. Device type and app version for error reporting.
How we use it
To sync your reading progress and notes across devices. To power the AI Bible coaching features. We never sell your data, display ads, or use your data for any purpose other than operating the app.
Third-party services
PocketBase (pocketbase.io) — secure account and data storage.
Google Gemini (policies.google.com/privacy) — AI coaching responses. Your session messages are sent to Gemini when you use the coaching feature.
ESV API — Bible text retrieval. No personal data is sent.
Cloudflare (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy) — hosting and delivery.
Scripture integrity
All Scripture is displayed from the ESV (English Standard Version). AI commentary is clearly labeled and never presented as Scripture.
Children's privacy
BibelGo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Data deletionYou can delete your account and all associated data at any time using the Delete Account option below, or by emailing
